Doctor Art Van De Dampen
The mysterious Van De Dampen started his medical calling as a boy soldier with the Netherlands Bicycle Regiment. He soon became the senior medical officer of the regiment. However, following a fast descent of The Vaalserberg, the Netherlands' highest mountain, he discharged himself from the army to concentrate on his work with the damned and the exploited. Working with such angelic upstarts he has spent these past few years looking for the cure for the vapours.
